The protection of personal data is an important concern for Aduacon Mallorca S.L.. We process personal data that you transmit to us when visiting our website in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on data protection. The term “personal data” is defined in the GDPR. Personal data isany information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
In principle, you can visit our website without telling us who you are. We only know technical data such as the name of your Internet service provider, the website you came from and the websites you visit on our site. When you request content from this website, access data is stored. This data includes the page from which the file was requested, the name of the requested file, the date, time and duration of the request, the amount of data transferred and the access status (e.g. file transferred, file not found). In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are recorded.
The legal basis for the processing in this regard is § 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of data collection for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
The collection of this data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files are absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, the user has no option to object to this.
These stored data are analysed exclusively for statistical purposes and are not passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
We record user behaviour on our website for statistical purposes. No personal data is stored in the process.

We collect personal data when you provide it to us voluntarily, e.g. when you contact us. We will, of course, use the personal data you transmit to us in this way exclusively for the purpose for which you provide it when you contact us. This information is provided expressly on a voluntary basis and with your consent. In the case of information on communication channels (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number), you also agree that we may contact you via this communication channel in order to respond to your enquiry. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and to facilitate the search for the places we have indicated on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR.

As part of the use of Google reCAPTCHA, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

Google Web Fonts
This site uses so-called Web Fonts provided by Google for the standardised display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the necessary web fonts into your browser’s cache in order to display the texts and fonts correctly. To do this, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This informs Google that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR.
If your browser does not support web fonts, your computer will use a standard font.
Further information about Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
Visualisation of YouTube videos
We have integrated YouTube videos from the provider YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc. with registered office at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) into our online offer, which are stored at http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website to improve user-friendliness and display various content (e.g. activities of Aduacon Mallorca S.L.). These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in the data processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR.
We have integrated our videos in the so-called ‘extended data protection mode’ to provide you with a data protection-compliant display. When you play the videos, a connection to a YouTube server is established. This tells YouTube which of our websites you have visited.
If you are logged in to YouTube as a member, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When you use the service, for example by clicking on the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this allocation by logging out of your YouTube user account and other user accounts of YouTube LLC and Google Inc. before using our website and by deleting the corresponding cookies of the companies. Further information on data processing and notes on data protection by YouTube can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/. Social media plugins
Social media plugins (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) are used on our pages.
A direct connection to the provider’s server is only established when you activate the respective plugin by clicking the corresponding button (consent). As soon as you activate the plugin, the respective provider receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If at the same time you are logged into your respective social media account (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), the respective provider can assign the visit to our pages to your user account.
The activation of the plugin constitutes consent within the meaning of § 6 para. 1 (a) GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
Privacy policy for the use of Instagram plugins
Our website uses so-called social plugins (‘plugins’) from Instagram, which is operated by Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (‘Instagram’). The plugins are labelled with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of ‘Instagram camera’.
When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Instagram’s servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Instagram directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not logged into Instagram. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there.
If you are logged into Instagram, Instagram may directly associate your visit to our website with your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the ‘Instagram’ button, this information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there. The information is also published on your Instagram account and displayed there to your contacts.
The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Instagram, as well as your rights in this respect and the settings options for protecting your privacy can be found in Instagram’s data protection information: https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388/.
If you do not want Instagram to assign the data collected via our website directly to your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent Instagram plugins from being loaded with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the ‘NoScript’ script blocker(http://noscript.net/).
Privacy policy for the use of Facebook plugins (Like and Share button)
This website uses Facebook social plugins, which are operated by Facebook Inc (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA). The plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the terms “Like”, “Like”, “Share” in the Facebook colors (blue and white). You will find information on all Facebook plugins at the following link: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address.
If you click the Facebook “Like” button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that, as providers of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data and their use by Facebook. You can find more information about this in Facebook’s privacy policy at https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.
If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.
Privacy policy for the use of the LinkedIn plugin
Our website uses functions of the LinkedIn network. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Each time you access one of our pages containing LinkedIn functions, a connection is established with LinkedIn’s servers. LinkedIn is informed that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click on the LinkedIn “Recommend” button and are logged into your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn can associate your visit to our website with you and your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data and its use by LinkedIn.

We use the tool “Microsoft Teams” to conduct telephone conferences, video conferences and/or webinars (hereinafter: “online meetings”). “Microsoft Teams” is a service provided by Microsoft Corporation, which is based in the USA.
Responsible Party
The data controller responsible for data processing in direct connection with the implementation of “online meetings” is Aduacon Mallorca S.L..
Please note: If you access the Zoom or Microsoft Teams website, the provider of Zoom or Microsoft Teams is responsible for data processing. However, accessing the website is only necessary for using Zoom or Microsoft Teams in order to download the software for use.
You can also use “Zoom” or “Microsoft Teams” if you enter the respective meeting ID and, if necessary, further access data for the meeting directly in the respective app.
If you do not want to or cannot use the “Zoom” or “Microsoft Teams” app, the basic functions can also be used via a browser version, which you can also find on the ‘Zoom’ or “Microsoft Teams” website.
Which Data is Processed?
When using “Zoom” or “Microsoft Teams,” various types of data are processed. The scope of the data also depends on the information you provide before or during your participation in an “online meeting.”
The following personal data is subject to processing:
User information: first name, last name, telephone number (optional), email address, password (if single sign-on is not used), profile picture (optional), department (optional)
Meeting metadata: Subject, description (optional), participant IP addresses, device/hardware information
For recordings (optional): MP4 file of all video, audio, and presentation recordings, M4A file of all audio recordings, text file of the online meeting chat.
When dialing in by telephone: information about the incoming and outgoing phone number, country name, start and end time. Additional connection data, such as the IP address of the device, may be stored.
Text, audio, and video data: You may have the option of using the chat, question, or survey functions in an “online meeting.” In this respect, the text entries you make will be processed in order to display them in the “online meeting” and, if necessary, to log them. To enable the display of video and the playback of audio, the data from the microphone of your end device and from any video camera of the end device will be processed for the duration of the meeting. You can switch off or mute the camera or microphone yourself at any time using the “Zoom” or “Microsoft Teams” applications.
In order to participate in an “online meeting” or enter the “meeting room,” you must at least provide your name.
Scope of Processing
When we want to record online meetings, we will inform you of this in advance and, where necessary, ask for your consent. The fact that the meeting is being recorded will also be displayed in the Zoom or Microsoft Teams app.
If it is necessary for the purpose of recording the results of an online meeting, we will record the chat content. However, this will not usually be the case.
In the case of webinars, we may also process questions asked by webinar participants for the purpose of recording and following up on webinars.
If you are registered as a user with Zoom, reports on online meetings (meeting metadata, telephone dial-in data, questions and answers in webinars, survey function in webinars) may be stored by Zoom for up to one month.
Automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR is not used.
Legal Basis of Data Processing
If personal data of Aduacon Mallorca S.L. employees is processed, § 26 GDPR is the legal basis for data processing. If, in connection with the use of “Zoom,” personal data is not required for the establishment, execution, or termination of the employment relationship, but is nevertheless an elementary component of the use of “Zoom,” Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR is the legal basis for data processing. In these cases, our interest lies in the effective execution of “online meetings.”
In all other cases, the legal basis for data processing when conducting “online meetings” is Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR, insofar as the meetings are conducted within the framework of contractual relationships.
If no contractual relationship exists, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Here, too, our interest lies in the effective implementation of “online meetings.”
Recipients / Passing on of Data
Personal data processed in connection with participation in “online meetings” will not be passed on to third parties unless it is intended for disclosure. Please note that, as with face-to-face meetings, content from “online meetings” is often used to communicate information to customers, interested parties, or third parties and is therefore intended for disclosure.
Other recipients: The provider of “Zoom” necessarily obtains knowledge of the above-mentioned data to the extent that this is provided for in our data processing agreement with “Zoom.”
Data Processing Outside the European Union
Zoom and Microsoft Teams are services provided by a US-based provider. This means that personal data is also processed in a third country. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider of Zoom that complies with the requirements of Art. 28 GDPR.
An adequate level of data protection is guaranteed on the one hand by the “Privacy Shield” certification of Zoom Video Communications, Inc. and on the other hand by the conclusion of the so-called EU standard contractual clauses.
